Specific Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development #PM experience
- 3+ as PM on #HCM project(s)
- 3+ with RFP process, contract negotiation, vendor, and portfolio management.
Highly Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Current PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP or equivalent certification.
- Previous functional/technical HCM, Payroll, and Financials implementation and deployment experience in a consulting role in a government setting.
